Refund Policy

At Amaha, we strive to provide you with high-quality wellness services and thoughtfully curated wellness boxes. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refunds for Online Sessions

  • Refunds are available only for sessions canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at Amaha’s discretion.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Refunds for Wellness Boxes​

  • If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • We will replace or refund the affected item(s) at our discretion.

3. Refunds for Packages or Bundled Services

  • Refunds for multi-session packages or bundles are partially available if fewer than 50% of sessions have been used.

  • Remaining unused sessions can either be refunded (pro-rated) or rescheduled within 90 days of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at [hello@amaha.com] with your order/session details.

  • Include your transaction ID, name, and reason for refund.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds will be made only through the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.

  • By purchasing from Amaha, you agree to this Refund Policy.
