This guided meditation invites you to gently explore your relationship with love, beginning with yourself and extending into your relationships. Through breath, awareness, and guided reflection, the practice supports emotional openness, safety, and a deeper sense of self-connection.
The session encourages you to notice where love flows freely and where it feels guarded, helping you soften internal barriers without force or judgment. This is a space to listen inward, reconnect with your heart, and welcome love in a way that feels authentic and grounded.
No prior meditation experience is required. You may sit or lie down comfortably and simply follow the guidance.
