EFT for easing the inner critique
Many emotional patterns are shaped by the way we speak to ourselves.
This session focuses on cultivating self-acceptance by gently working with the inner critic. After a brief grounding and introduction, participants are guided through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to address self-judgment, perfectionism, and internal pressure.
The practice supports emotional regulation and helps create a sense of safety and compassion within. By acknowledging rather than resisting difficult emotions, the nervous system is given space to settle and reset.
This session is beginner-friendly and requires no prior experience with EFT.
